- An employee-led Philanthropy Committee directs our charitable work, organizing quarterly philanthropic events and allocating support for partner organizations like the ones shown below.
- Matching contributions for employees’ charitable donations and paid time off to volunteer ensure ongoing support for causes employees hold dear.
- Crossmark organizes an annual mission trip open not only to employees, but to their families and friends as well as to vendors, clients, and friends of the firm.
