These notices are provided to report estimated amounts of each Fund’s current distributions sourced from net investment income, long-term capital gains, short-term capital gains and return of capital.

The amounts and sources of distributions reported in these notices are estimates and should not be relied upon or used for tax planning or tax reporting purposes. The final tax treatment of all Fund distributions will be provided on Form 1099-DIV, which is mailed after the close of the calendar year.
